My boyfriend and I recently moved into a temporary home. After selling my condo and purchasing our new house there has been a bit of a gap in between the possession dates and we have been living out of boxes for about 2 months. We have one more month to go. You may be wondering why the hell I’m telling you this and there is one simple reason: our BBQ is in storage. I know – it’s straight out of a horror movie. We have not had barbecued chicken, steak, burgers ect. in AGES! So I finally caved and decided to try frying a steak inside, in a pan. I have never cooked steak any other way than the BBQ before so I was a little apprehensive, but this Simple Rosemary Steak Recipe turned out fantastic! Plus it was extremely easy to make. I hope you’ll enjoy it too.
