What You’ll Need

2 Chicken Breasts
1/3 Cup Margarine or Butter
1 Cup Bread Crumbs
2 tbsp garlic powder (or more if you can’t find garlic cream cheese)
1 tsp seasoning salt
1/4 cup garlic cream cheese

How To Make

Take your chicken breasts and coat them generously with melted butter.
Mix your seasonings and cream cheese into the breadcrumbs – if you try and use anything but your hands for this it will not work properly, you need break it up into the crumbs until the cheese doesn’t stick to your fingers anymore.
*The cream cheese will still be in small chunks, it doesn’t need to be the same texture/size as your crumbs
Pack the breadcrumb mix onto your chicken breasts – only on the top not the bottom. The more breadcrumbs the better, they give the illusion of a crispy fried skin after cooking.
Pop them into a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes – 1 hour, depending on the oven and the size of your chicken.

After Thoughts

Wow. I love when my experimental dishes turn into something we will eat on a regular bases – it’ll only cost you around 10 bucks! The crispy-ness on the outside of the chicken makes it taste like it just came out of a deep fryer at a fast food resturaunt – but there was no oil involved what so ever. So much better for you and honestly tasted amazing. You’ve got to be a garlic lover to appreciate this recipe. If you’re not I suppose regular cream cheese and omitting the garlic powder would be fine – but it wouldn’t taste as great! If you try this recipe let me know how it goes for you! Thanks for reading!
