To be honest with you guys, I had no idea how this was going to turn out. I wanted to make sloppy joes for a long time, but every recipe I found called for a million different things. So I decided to make an attempt at using ketchup, barbeque sauce, and yellow mustard to make my sloppy joes. Spoiler alert – they turned out fantastic. Seriously delicious.

I made these Sloppy Joes with ground turkey meat, but you’re welcome to use beef, chicken or whatever else floats your boat.

When everything is cooked and the flavors have been absorbed by the meat throw it on your favorite bun and dig in!

When all was said and done our easy sloppy joes with ketchup rang in at about 520 calories per serving. As always, these ingredient amounts make enough to feed two (hungry) adults. This was super easy to do, so easy I had Nick have Jimmy John’s on standby incase they turned out disgusting but they didn’t! Don’t believe me? Try it yourself! Super easy, super cheap, very minimal ingredients. What have you got to lose? 😉

Thank you guys for reading these posts. It gives me something to do on the days where I am feeling like a bored housewife (housegirlfriend?)
