Directions for my Chicken Caesar Salad Recipe

Making chicken caesar salad is pretty straightforward, you just have to know what goes in it.

Fry your chicken breasts over medium high so they get nicely browned on both sides.

Wash your romaine and chop it into bite sized chunks. Toss it in a bowl with as much dressing as you like. I used an entire bottle of Rene’s Garlic Lovers Caesar dressing, just use your favourite. Or if you’re daring make your own – that is one thing I promise you I will never make from scratch. The idea of working with anchovies gives me the heebie jeebies.

Grate in your parmesan cheese, I used roughly half a cup. Go big or go home.

You can toss your sliced chicken breast right into your salad or you can be a fancy pants and serve it on top of the salad. I am not a fancy pants.

Add your croutons on top however otherwise they will go soggy. Serve with lemon wedges.
