- 1 3 lb boneless roast beef
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 4 gloves garlic, chopped
This is a fantastic balsamic roast beef recipe in the slow cooker. It came out so juicy flavourful and I wanted to eat the entire roast myself. I hope you will give it a try and let me know how it turns out!
Place your roast beef in the slow cooker, mix together your balsamic marinade and pour over your roast beef. Cook for 4 hours on high or 6-8 hours on low.
I shredded my roast using my fingers and served it on some crusty rolls and it was delicious.
