Alternatively titled “Quarantine Calzones.” Even though we aren’t technically in a Covid-19 induced Quaruntine in British Columbia we have still been experimenting with making classic take-out style foods at home and the results are impressive. Making calzones at home is a lot easier then I was anticipating! Also these calzones are most likely way more generous with the fillings then your typical calzone from a pizzeria… just look at the size of them. One calzone was bigger then my head… and I ate the whole thing. “Quarantine 15” here we come… I’m going to give you guys the ingredients we used for our calzones but obviously you can fill them with whatever you choose. Unless what you choose is ham and pineapple, in that case you can leave this page right now – you are disgusting.
