• Pork Tenderloin
  • 1 tbsp whole grain dijon mustard
  • 3 sprigs fresh rosemary

I wanted to make macaroni and cheese the other day, and growing up my family always served ham along side baked macaroni and cheese. I’m not a huge fan of ham, so I decided to try another pork recipe. This easy pork tenderloin recipe is delicious and most importantly – easy!

Ingredients

Pork Tenderloin
1 tbsp whole grain dijon mustard
3 sprigs fresh rosemary

Directions

Preheat your oven to 425.
Rub pork tenderloin with dijon mustard and chopped fresh rosemary.
Place any extra rosemary around the pork while cooking.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, remove from oven and let sit for 5 minutes before slicing.
