1 green bell pepper
1 tbsp grated ginger
2 thinly chopped carrots
1/4 cup celery

Boil chow mein noodles in a large pot over high heat. I recommend this brand of noodles.
In a skillet over medium heat cook 3 sliced boneless skinless chicken breasts. When chicken is fully cooked, add in chopped red bell pepper, green bell pepper, grated ginger and chopped celery and soy sauce. Continue cooking on medium heat until vegetables are tender, stir often.
