- 3 pork chops
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 onion
Would you guys like to know how I came up with these 4 ingredient pork chops? Here’s how it went down. I checked the freezer – the only pack of meat we had upstairs and accessible were pork chops. Everything else was in the deep freezer downstairs, and ‘aint nobody got time for that. Next? I looked in the pantry. Crap. I have nothing. Am I going to load my son into the car, lock the dog up, put big girl pants on (literally) and go to the grocery store to get ingredients for something extravagant? Absolutely not. So we made something up on the fly with what we had – thus: 4 ingredient pork chops. Believe it or not, they were really frickin good. Trust me.
